OFFICE MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

University Degree Type correspondence, reports, faxes and memos for the Director Proof-read all typed documents before submission to the Director Prepare presentation and charts for conferences, meetings Ensure the office procedures of the department are always followed Check with the Director for any urgent items to be completed for that day Take comprehensive messages when the Director is absent or in meeting Arrange appointments for the Director with clients Arrange refreshments for clients when meetings with the Director Maintain proper filing of all documents daily Compile, check and make expenses claim of Director when requested Do translation when requested Establish and maintain database and filing system both electronic and hard copy. Excellent communication (and listening) skills. Personal quality such as maturity, integrity, decent, high level of accuracy. Excellent skills for MS office software and typing skills. Excellent organizational and administrative skills. Must have high level of energy and enthusiasm to work under pressure and to prioritize requests.
