Job Description


Assists the sales team
Responsible on updating the system with Monthly & quarterly forecast per model per account
Making needed analysis for sellout & Coordinate with Finance team for Sell in analysis
Responsible on consolidating accounts reports on progress within the sector and analyze sales trend weekly, monthly quarterly
Analyzing Actual Vs target , Sellout, WOS, Accounts trend and Delivering the right reports to the sales director
Make the Monthly commission sheet for KAM & Promoters
Communicate with Supply Chain, WH & Finance for stock, Price updates
Assist sales director in following up dept. work and schedules
Liaise between other departments and accounts to provide the service most suitable to meet plane and time restraints.
Consolidate Annual , Half year Sales , promotion & marketing Plans
Weekly promoters sellout , Inventory & Market report (WOS & Weekly report)
Monthly sellout report ( For Bonus)
Half year, Quarter and monthly forecast report
Monthly , Quarterly Account Trend Report
Sales trend per account per category

Educational Qualifications:

The candidate should have a. Bachelor s degree, in Business Administration, or Accounting, or any related field.
Knowledge and Experiences
Experiences: Minimum 3 years
Advanced Excel .Word
