    As a Portfolio Manager for National Accounts, this position is responsible for the control execution of the project workflow, from design fabrication to installation for assigned national accounts. This role requires you to build manage a successful relationship with a national client leading to a long-term association. This role is heavy in administration as you manage all aspects of the portfolio.
      Creates manages work processes related to a select group of national accounts.
      Manages day to day aspects full scope of work to get a project designed, approved, estimated, planned, built, shipped installed.
      Builds strong client relationships understands works with their changing requirements communicates with them on a regular basis.
      Collaborates with all departments to bring a project to fruition, with a focus on exceeding the clients expectations.
      Coordinates meetings to facilitate progress, focusing on meeting established timelines.
      Manages projects successfully to meet a specified gross profit.
      Maintains database records for projects completes data entry activities related to the project.
      Communicates regularly internal departments holding people accountable for timelines.
      Informs all parties of issues concerns throughout and also celebrates communicates success.
      Handles Client billing assembles invoice details for submission to client.
      Associate Degree in an area related to logistics, project management, manufacturing or construction management is ideal.
      Bachelors degree in related course of study is desired.
      2 yrs experience doing direct portfolio management we are interested in the right person so drive for success is as important as years of experience.
      Strong ability to build successful relationships with clients leading to long-term business critical to the success of this role so candidates will need of provide examples of how they have successfully built longer-term client relationships.
      Able to plan organize workflow, following established processes to get the work done.
      Demonstrated ability to problem solve work through project concerns while maintaining a positive client rapport.
      Strong administrative skills data entry, spreadsheets, email communications, etc.
        Skilled with keyboard entry.
        Comfortable with word excel.
        Prior use of a project related software, i.e. Jobscope.
