    The Account Supervisor directs supervises the planning execution of shopper marketing regional field support. He/she is an important contributor to the overall strategic direction of the account. The Account Supervisor works independently to effectively coordinate the activities of the members of the field teams to make sure they deliver the best product together they contribute significantly to the Clients business. With experience grounded in Digital/Shopper activation strategies, this Account Supervisor will be well poised to help teams navigate toward successful programs.
    Manage activity with account team.
    Demonstrate a thorough understanding of clients business internal processes act as an important source of key intelligence on business directions agency role.
    Help client evaluate the effectiveness of developed marketing programs define next steps.
    Interact with relevant agency departments to clearly outline current projected workload on a periodic basis for resource planning.
    Work with senior account team for development of the proposal/deck presentations.
    Keep senior account management team fully informed of account activity, challenges opportunities ongoing.
    Manage the creative process.
    Work together with senior account team for team briefing.
    Take the lead for evaluation of copy, layout/artwork, media plans productions materials make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed upon strategies.
    Take the lead for the development of concepts supporting tactics, looping in senior account team members for directional feedback alignment.
    Function as primary liaison to clients on behalf of the agency with regard to tactical, service related agency policy issues.
    Lead meetings (internal client) deliver presentations.
    Align with Account Director regularly to make sure all are updated moving in tandem effectively efficiently.
    Track financial forecasting, report flag any potential income variance to senior management.
    Ensure project workload is fully estimated, signed billable.
    Work with senior account team for internal reporting requirements to both evaluate projects internally to share with clients, working between Project Management, CFC, Finance broader account team to effectively track communicate financial state of affairs.
    Work with senior account team to define key strategic issues their impact on the client/agency objectives.
    Provide constructive evaluation of strategic documents creative briefs offering appropriate direction ongoing.
    Demonstrate understanding of multiple marketing disciplines how they can best work together to support client goals.
    Nurture the career development of junior staff by mentoring providing ongoing informal formal performance feedback.
    Identify suggest Training/Development requirements for direct reports.
    Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Advertising or the equivalent combination of education experience.
    Strategic development within advertising agency, client management or consumer packaged goods/brand management (8 years).
    Shopper Client/Trade marketing experience within grocery and/or other retailers (6 years).
    Strong verbal, written presentation skills.
    Proven ability to lead client utilize knowledge to meet client objectives.
    Proven ability to build maintain strong client relationships.
    Proven ability to self motivate successfully juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
