SECRETARY

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualification :
Perfect spoken and written English.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (word, excel, power point) .
An ability to keep cool under pressure.

Daily tasks :
Receive, answer & send day-to-day faxes & E- mail.
Organize & handle the chairman s daily schedule and phone calls.
Attending all the meetings- taking minutes and follows up.
Filling and typing reports.
Take care of manager s office and receive his guests.
Translate general and professional reports from English to Arabic and vice versa.

Minimum experience 1 Gender Female
Age from 23 Age To 30
Driving license? Any Own a car ? Any
