JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES:

- Reception duties including handling telephone & email inquiries & follow up actions as well as general office duties of photocopying/filling & support to visitors.

- Provide information as needed in relation to enquirers for bookings/availability & booking these in the booking system, including updating & amending other control records i.e. statistics, diary, posters, website etc.

- Prepare pre event documentation for cornerstones activities, i.e. sign in sheets, monitoring sheets, payment records, evaluation sheets etc. liaising with the project development officer & office manager.

- Control & maintain secure financial records for all monies invoiced & received, by completing the daybook, income spreadsheet, petty cash, credit card usage & cash receipts. updating the daybook each week against lettings spreadsheet & taking follow up action on overdue accounts at the designated times.

- Prepare & assist with weekly, monthly & year-end financial activity for the management team, producing supporting documents & statistics as well as ad hoc requests for reports as needed by management team.
