Job description duties:

- Organizing rotas ? costing rotas against monthly budgets, organizing holiday request & absence requests.

- Recruitment ? conducting interviews in person & over the phone.

- Keeping on top of staff as well as supervisors; ensuring all are reaching goals, targets & frequently expanding on product knowledge for all categories.

- Training new members of management & new sales advisers & teaching all to become brand ambassadors & to display all dune core values.

- Maintaining back of house paper work, keeping all quarterly sales up to date & viewing targets daily.

- Floor moves & visual merchandising ? checking weekly category performance & moving the floor against best selling lines.

- Conducting disciplinary meetings, recorded conversations & absences.

- Sale & promotion organisation ? looking at vm & floor arrangement.

- Meeting all kpi?s including mystery shopper, stock takes, budget & conversion.

- Feedback all vital information to area managers & directors of the business to strategize & make necessary changes to improve sales.
