Job description duties:

- Negotiating & agreeing the sale of blitz to nyse listed group (viad)

- Complete preparation & responsibility of all due diligence for sale

- Integration of the business into the viad group

- Process re-engineering

- Implementing/strengthening controls for sarbanes oxley compliance

- Systems integration onto sage 1000 accounting platform

- Reporting deadlines reduced substantially to comply with nyse reporting timetables

- Prior to sale: delivering profitable growth, paying off bank debt & strategic positioning of the company for an exit

- Refinancing bank loan & banking facilities, including repurchase of equity from the banks & becoming an equity investor & a debt lender to the company

- Detailed reporting of monthly results to banks & private equity shareholders

- Preparation of forecasts, projections & budgets
