- Recruitment & all associated tasks including liaising with external recruiters, interviewing, full ownership of all new-start process including contracts, on-boarding process, monitoring of probationary reviews & any other support required.

- Meetings & close liaison with various recruitment agencies to ensure competent, qualified candidates received.

- Participate in the hrd on-call rota & a trained responder for the emergency response team

- Document management

- Participate in weekly new build meeting with management, fleet op's, hse & commercial departments to advise on current project status & to advise of & discuss proposed schedules, risks, actions, critical activities & budget.

- Present the company financial department with information on status & background information in a timely manner & to ensure that milestones are met.

- Generate all monthly reports that are required by management/fleet op's/hse/commercial & client

- Crew cost monitoring & reporting including maintaining accuracy of hours in sap, holiday leave, point of contact for queries from crews & payroll, challenging hours & expenses where required.

- Close out of new build project including all documentation, reports, certification & audits are in order & completed before handing the crew over.

- Arranging all travel, immigration queries, accommodation, passports & visas for on/off-signing crew & onshore staff for vessel visits.

- Writing company specific cv's for on & offshore personnel for chartering & immigration/visa purposes.

- Working closely with the training department to identify areas for improvement & courses recommendations & bookings.

- Any other ad-hoc task assigned to support the senior hro & hr manager.
