- Data entries of site resources & contractor works

- Weekly progress reporting, updates & follow up with project manager

- Email communication & calls handling of site office

- Maintaining contractor on & offsite times in coordination with project manager

- Management of subcontractor quotations

- Drafting & reviewing cost estimations

- Application of project management techniques & processes

- Tender assessments & recommendations

- Report & help to contract administrator

- Assisting project manager in daily work tasks at site

- Maintaining incident report diary of site

- Evaluation & assessment of risks in management meeting on weekly basis

- Working as per work, health & safety protocols & ensuring team operates under the guidelines set in whs

- Ensuring premises operates under oh&s & environmental management principles

- Maintaining contractor on site & off site times
