TRAINING COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1-Preparing Training Schedule.
2-Maintains Training Filing System
3-Follow up Training Regulations with Quality Management System Requirements.
4-Maintains Training Correspondences as well as Policies and MEMOs
5-Updating Files & Folders Pertaining Training Department
6-Feed & Update Training Library to be conformed to State of the Art Knowledge through the Company.
7-Prepare Training Class Rooms.
8-Prepare Training Materials .
9-Responsible on Signing Employees' Clearance
