we are an educational and training institute, focusing on business and managment stdies, through an integrated profile of classroom and online programs. We are seeking young talented and commited staff to work as customer service executives.

Scope covers:
1. handling customer inquiries from new prospects
2. handling student registration in new classes and programs
3. student services: maintaining student databases and records, handling customer complaints and requests, issue certificates...
4. Program administration: support instructors in material development, produce marketing material, manage schedules
5. International affiliates support: working closely with international partners (universities and institutes) to support stduent enrollment and support in their programs.
