HR Generalist Job

    Partner with HR Manager hiring managers to drive recruiting efforts increase hiring efficacy.
    Craft job descriptions job advertisements strategically post openings to job boards.
    Serve as a liaison between hiring managers applicants or staffing agencies.
    Pre-screen resumes assist hiring managers with evaluating applicant qualifications.
    Coordinate the interview process: schedule interviews, book conference rooms, meet-and-greet candidates, etc.
    Meticulously maintain recruiting databases, tracking logs electronic files.
    Negotiate placement fees bill rates with staffing agencies.
    Process pre-screen background checks.
    Prepare process official offer letters new hire documents.
    Coordinate New Hire Orientations: conduct presentations, assist employees with forms.
    Scan, file bookmark documentation electronically.
    Prepare maintain employee files, assuring accuracy, compliance confidentiality.
    Track process temporary employee invoices.
    Prepare monthly reports update organization charts as needed.
    Provide timely follow-up regarding questions, requests projects.
    Assist with exit interviews off-boarding.
    Participate in completing special ad-hoc reports compliance audits.
    Assist with training compliance initiatives and also the annual review cycle.
    Keep abreast of federal multi-state laws regulations.
    Provide support with special projects perform other related duties as assigned.
      Typical Office Environment no unusual exposures.
      Computer, keyboard, telephone, fax machine, scanner copier, etc.
      We are seeking qualified candidates available to start immediately.

        Bachelors Degree in HR or a related field.
        3 5 years of broad HR experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
        Minimum of 2 experience years with full-cycle recruiting.
        Knowledge of Federal State laws regulations.
        Experience with recruiting software.
        Experience with Halogen eAppraisal Ceridian HPW strongly preferred.
        Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exceptional Excel skills highly preferred.
        Superb organizational skills, accuracy attention to detail.
        Being Able to prioritize, multi-task follow-through in a fast paced environment.
        Outstanding oral written communication skills.
        Being Able to be flexible, strategically reactive meet deadlines.
        Strong presentation client service skills.
        Excellent interpersonal skills, genuinely friendly approachable.
        Proven quantitative, qualitative, analytical hands-on problem solving skills.
        Being Able to maintain confidentiality a must.
        Negotiation skills a plus.
