STOCK ROOM CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Ensuring spare parts inventory is accurate.
    Ordering receiving parts for inventory Engineering projects.
    Maintaining CMMS, including PM tasks, work orders equipment records.
      Maintain non spare parts inventory. (Electrical components, 8020, plumbing components.).
      Organize keep track of Maintenance tool crib.
      Organize help keep Maintenance shop clean.
      Work with suppliers for quantity discounts bulk buys.
      Research pricing availability of components for Engineers other Maintenance personnel.
        2 years experience using CMMS or Microsoft Office products preferred.
        Being Able to learn AutoCAD Solid works preferred.
        Understanding knowledge of mechanical, electrical, vacuum pneumatics systems preferred.
        Proven mechanical skills with hand tools preferred.
        Proven record keeping skills required.
        Must be available to work overtime as needed.
