EXPORT SUPERVISOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Prepare and get agreement to an annual exports sales plan and budget for company products, which will meet company budget and business planning requirements.
Monitor change in the international market situation and exports legislative requirements and recommend or implement action to meet changing circumstances as required.
Represent the company at senior level with the off shore customers base to ensure the image of the company is maintained and enhanced as an aid to achieve exports sales targets.
Maintain effective budgetary controls of export sales expenses authorize and control all expenditures of the department.
Resolve product or service problem, distribution and customer complaints.
Promptly addressing all problems that may develop within the exports department including writing a detailed report to keep on file.
Establish new as well as manage relation with current main importers, traders and offshore wholesales to ensure meeting of their financial and order commitments to the company through close monitoring receiving market feedback and visits
Continually attempting to penetrate new markets and establish the company image as a good international brand in different region.
Coordinate with various divisions in the company to achieve strategic goals of company in export business.
Supervise the issuance of periodical sales reports to senior management as required.
Gather and update information and market data of the targeted markets and set up launches in coordination with marketing department.
Attend international fairs and exhibitions to promote products and establish relations with of shore importers.
Knowledgeable and updated with international market changes, legislations and consumer patterns of behavior.
Manage product mix and discount structure to achieve margin objectives.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises one or two non-supervisory employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities include training employees, planning, assigning, controlling and directing work.

Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees are part of the supervision.

JOB SPECIFICATION:

- University degree in business administration or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal skills/ coordination at all levels.
- Excellent English language.
- More than three years experience.
- Good presentation and PC skills.
- High ability of organizing, follow up and ability to work under pressure.
- High ability of negotiations & Dealing.
- Time management.
- Analytical thinking.
