Aggressive, local, industrial remanufacturer of process controls is seeking a sales manager to greatly expand its Tele Sales Operation. We are in a second generation of growth after 45 years and have recently opened a new sales facility. The majority of our national and international markets are still open. Applicants must have AT LEAST 5 years Sales Management Experience and be very detailed oriented. Applicants will be expected to have a high energy level and a general understanding of mechanical devices. Strong administrative vision, the ability to inspire others and to perceive people as individuals while challenging them on their strengths and weaknesses. We are not necessarily seeking an individual that knows our industry.
Duties will involve hiring, in-house training enhancement (computer-based and instructor-led), creation of incentive programs, account and representative performance reviews as well as policy development, while insuring the existence of a team atmosphere. Other duties will also include strategic market planning and product line expansion. Strong, forward thinking marketing will be provided by management. You will be amazed at how many high-tech solutions we have developed for common, everyday business problems. What we need is the coordination and administration you bring to the table.
