ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES

- Providing financial, clerical & administrative services to ensure efficient, timely & accurate allocation of receipts by gsk clients & payments reconciliation

- Processing payment information to clear open receivables. interpreting payment information; identify invoice information to apply payments to relevant receivable terms.

- Prepare reconciliation of cash suspense accounts & monitor ageing accounts to resolve outstanding items

- Research & resolve issues where remittance advice is not clear. identify payment purpose - if necessary communication with internal departments & database search.

- Initial point of contact; meeting slas & performance targets

- Communicating with customers in local language to chase payments. liaising with solicitors & debt collection agencies if & when required.

- Resolving queries/issues in compliance to set policies & procedures; escalation customer issues to relevant authority.
