ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION DUTIES

- Charging expenses to accounts & cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.

- Ensuring the completion of week-end & month-end tasks, including invoices & expense processing, reconciling company credit cards, pensions, cars, supplier statements.

- Maintaining incoming post, including inputting details into a post log (in excel)

- Raising purchase orders to the correct accounts & cost centres & maintaining a purchase order log (in excel)

- Dealing with queries, requests & complaints via email, telephone & face to pace

- Maintaining filing system & ensuring the completion on regular basis
