What Does a Packer Do

As the word implies, a packer is busy packing things. This packaging is usually done manually and the items you pack can consist of a wide range of products and materials. From large to small, from heavy to light and from animal and natural products to produced products.

What Does a Packer Do

Often your work consists of placing the products in the right boxes and packing them. For example, it's important that the products don't slide and the boxes aren't too heavy.

You often have to prepare the items for shipment. Sometimes you also compose a shipment yourself and you've to collect various items in a warehouse. Professions that overlap with the work of a packer are that of a warehouse employee, order picker and production worker.
