A certificate issued by the employer after the expiry or termination of employment contract. The certificate of employment includes information on duration and form of work performed, positions held, the procedure for termination or circumstances of termination of employment relationship, plus another data essential to determine employee rights and social security rights. At the employee's request, the employment certificate also contains information on quantity and components of remuneration plus on qualifications obtained. The issuance of a certificate of performance of work may not depend on prior settlement with employer 'e.g. possession of an organization telephone, car or another items'.
