A Recruitment Manager is a manager who is responsible for recruitment within a company. This manager is therefore responsible for ensuring that the company is able to hire enough good new employees.

A Recruitment Manager will usually manage a recruitment department in which several recruiters work. Positions that you will find within a recruitment department are, for example, an Associate recruiter , a Principal recruiter and a Hiring manager .

A Recruitment Manager can work within a company where he or she is responsible for recruiting new staff, but he or she can also work at a recruitment agency .
